The client is an Indian arm of a global specialized logistics company. They are leaders in the logistics of cash and bullion which involves high security operations.
Challenges
With the objective of transparent and secure Cash Replenishment operations at various ATMs across the country, the client proposed to have mobile app that would not just capture the relevant information but also keep track of field force operations, so as to ensure that the SLAs of their customers are met and quality of operations are as planned.
Solution
MindWorx architected, designed and developed an android based mobile app which was used by each and every ATM officer responsible to replenish cash in ATMs or balance the cash statements in ATMs on a daily basis. In addition to being user friendly, the app also provided several security measures to ensure that the concerned activities could be monitored in detail.
